Feel like you can't keep up?

If you feel like you can't keep up with new releases, new languages, new frameworks.. is the whole DLR thing start to itch you.. should you start doing IronPython or wait for IronRuby ? How you doing with SilverLight.. ohh wait sorry what was i thinking...
