Several days ago (last monday, before the Dutch DevDays), we had a session of 2 hours with Scott Guthrie and Brian Keller. This session was very fun, educative (well, at least, for me ;) and we got a lot of new insights in how we could/should work. Some of the subjects:
* How to reduce rework
* How to measure developer productivity
* SDL tooling
* How SketchFlow can help us
* New features that will be shipped with VS/TFS 2010 to help the organisation.
* and a lot, lot more.
This was a unique chance to meet those guys!
