A simple first post to get things going... 

I've been using MSDN's On-Demand Webcasts as a resource for personal development.  In conjunction with the virtual labs offered, this has been a good method for transitioning to and the education of unfamiliar technologies.  If nothing else, I have found it is a good resource for keeping my terminology current (with MS-speak that is).
