The greatest and the lamest Vista feature combined

Guess what happens when you combine the greatest and the lamest Windows Vista feature.

I have a Shutdown menu without Hibernate option.

but when I say "Hibernate", guess what this guy does:

weird i got hibernate just after sleep button! in XP i used to enable it from Power Options you may try that.
