Not quite two for one, I had watched that webcast yesterday morning and a little past midnight it already wasn't the first of May any more so I figured it could wait just a little bit longer.

Essential ASP.NET for the Web Developer (Part 2 of 15): Architecture (Level 200)
Verdict: See It (if only for the first 20 minutes)
Details: This was an introduction to some of the new architectural features of the framework.  Talked about the new code beside / partial classes model (about the first 20 minutes, showed how the old 1.1 code behind model could be implemented, actually showed the framework generated classes from your aspx to see the code beside sibling).  Mentioned changes to the Page Life Cycle.  Talked about the new compilation models.
