Details: If you've never heard anything about the new membership features in ASP.NET 2.0 then you might want to watch this. I feel Membership is one of the most over publicized features of ASP.NET 2.0. It's a fairly good overview of the different login controls and shows the default Membership and Role providers with mention of custom providers.
