Microsoft acquired Sysinternals in July 2006 and it just has released a new minor version of the popular debugging tool Debugview.
It includes support for Windows Vista 32 and 64 bit now.

Red-Gate introduced intellisense for SQL server. And it's free!
I'm working a lot with SQL server these days and I found it extremely handy because the table and field names are stuffed with acronyms.
