Interesting excerpt from the Vista EULA

I got my usual mail from CodeProject.com this morning. That mail contained an interesting excerpt from the Vista EULA (PDF download):

"8. SCOPE OF LICENSE... You may not work around any technical limitations in the software;"

So Vista has technical limitations, or are we out of a job like the CodeProject mail suggested...
