SourceSafe Spy download link fixed

Due to a typo it wasn't possible to download SourceSafe Spy v0.4 . Seems I didn't try to test the download link after I modified it.

It is fixed now so you can download it again.

@Dennis : Please give me the possibility to delete my previous uploaded files... :-(

I know Dennis doesn't like public comments about BloggingAbout.NET ;) But not being able to delete or rename uploaded files is one of my big annoyances with our blog engine.
