There is a small change of specs for Bloggie.
After intergrating the Microsoft.Consultingservices html editor control I didn't really liked it...
I couldn't trap some events I wanted to.. so I searched further for a better control to use as a basis.
So now I have created a html editor control very much based on the
Writer control of Lutz Roeder. (my credits to him, very nice coded control!)

Further the following two libraries will also be integrated in Bloggie :
-
RSS.NET : so Bloggie will also be capable of reading rss feeds
-
edtFTPnet : so Bloggie can upload/download files to your FTP site.
If I feel like it, perhaps i will also integrate
ATOM.NET so Atom feeds are also supported. I mention this, because for example your GMail inbox is also accessible by an Atom feed. (log in with your gmail credentials)

Now I only need a couple of weeks off :)
Expect a first alpha test version soon!

In my search for a an HTML Edit control I ran across these two as well. I have not worked with them full yet but this one mentioned here http://www.windowsforms.net/Forums/ShowPost.aspx?tabIndex=1&tabId=41&PostID=13399 and downloadable here http://www.scootasp.net/downloads/htmlTextBox-en.zip looked very good in a quick test I did. Note that it needs Tim Anderson's control.

There is also one mentioned here: http://itwriting.com/phorum/read.php?f=3&i=1615&t=1615 which I believe is based on Tim Anderson's control.
