newMediaObject storage location changes

Because FreeTextBox handler by George J. Capnias uses your username for storage location. I might also change the FTB handler in the future and provide T-SQL to change all references to the storage location in the database, but that's something for the future.

CS Paperclip skin header

This file contains a Photoshop .PSD for the header image of the Paperclip skin. An original image was torn apart to create a multi-layered Photoshop image that can be re-used to create new images. It's an extra wide version as described in this article on Dennis' weblog.
