&lt;p&gt;I searched and searched the internet and none of the solutions worked.&amp;nbsp; I contacted Windows OneCare support, but the suggested solution didn&amp;#39;t work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I found the comment by Dr.Phil.&amp;nbsp; It works!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
